I think as human beings this is one of the things we crave the most. We want to be seen for who we inherently are, not for the roles we play or who we’ve had to be for others. We want our deepest pain and desires to be acknowledged, validated and honored. We want to know that what we feel and intuit and dream for our lives is not crazy, but incredibly real.

When we are truly witnessed by another, the emotional heaviness, confusion, doubt and fear we carry dissipates. This allows us to see ourselves, others, and our journey so much more clearly and gives us a sense of meaning, encouragement and purpose that we can use to guide us forward.

My intention with any session I do is to see you - to hear the words said and unsaid, to feel what is of utmost importance and significance to you, to witness and relay the unique and perfect gifts, perspectives and energy you bring to the world, as well as the conditioned, inherited and adopted beliefs and patterns creating conflict and challenge - and offer guidance, tools and understanding that will help you see, love and honor yourself so that you can can live peacefully, joyfully and freely as you were designed to.

Here we will explore in depth 1-2 questions you may have regarding your Human Design and how you can optimize your unique energy, gifts and life experience. Perfect for you if there’s an area of your chart you want to dive deep into and gain more insight and clarity. *Recommended if you already have a basic understanding of your Human Design.

In this hour long session we will dive into your Human Design: the way you are uniquely designed to operate energetically, the gifts you are here to bring, the role you are here to play, the way your inner guidance speaks to you, the challenges you may face and the wisdom from your experiences that can transform your life and the lives of others. Whether this is your first Human Design session or your 5th, the information will be tailored to your specific needs and what would best serve you at that time.

• intuitively guided and personalized. Prior to all sessions I provide a questionnaire that helps me to know the focus and intention of our time together.

• done live over Zoom. (Recordings are not possible at this time)

• include a “Post-Session Report” email which covers the information, resources and tools provided in the session.

How these sessions work…

• I work with the Archangels, Ascended Masters, and your guides to create a safe and Divinely orchestrated reading, to channel messages of love and support for you in all areas of your life, and bring to the surface what will most serve your healing, growth and evolution in the present moment.

• I may lead you through some exercises to help you drop out of your thinking mind and into your body where you can begin to feel and attune to your intuition, as well as the love and healing pouring in from your guides, the Angels and your Higher Self.

• You will receive inspired action assignments, embodiment practices, or next steps that will support you in making positive change in your life and/or business.

• Everything you share in the reading stays in the reading, unless you choose to share it with others. Confidentiality and safety are of utmost importance to me.

• These readings are NOT about forecasting the future, as timelines are constantly changing and evolving, and having that information doesn't empower you as much as giving you the tools to be in the driver's seat of your own life, connected to your inner wisdom, and learning to trust yourself unconditionally. For one thing, having that information can sometimes inhibit your growth and evolution, because instead of being open to the opportunities and invitations Life and the Divine are offering you, you can get stuck in just this one thing happening. It also is a potential, which doesn't necessarily mean it will happen, or happen in the way or time frame you are being given. As you are the Creator of your life, it is much more powerful for you to bring awareness and healing to what is blocking you and learn how to align yourself physically, emotionally, mentally, and energetically with what you desire, so that you are living and embodying that energy now, vs. waiting for something to happen in order to feel x, y, z. When you are in true alignment with your Soul, beautiful and magical things are guaranteed to unfold.The information I share will always come from LOVE and serve your highest good and the highest good of others. • I recommend finding a quiet space where you can be undisturbed, taking a few minutes to get grounded and settled in your own energy before listening to your reading. Each time you listen, you may gain more insight or understanding

• Let all expectations go. The energy knows exactly where to go to best serve you.

• As a healer, my job is to hold the space for healing energy and wisdom to flow. Once the reading is over, to honor my boundaries and yours, I release your energy back to you. I am happy to address any quick follow up questions you may have, but if it appears that more time is needed to properly respond, you are encouraged to book another reading.

My journey as a healer + spiritual teacher over the last 17 years has led me to study several modalities such as massage, Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy™, Angel Therapy®, Past Life Regression, and Coaching. I am also trained in Dance, Music, and Acting which influences, inspires and informs the embodiment work I teach.

Quick Misnomer About the Term “Healing”

When we talk about healing, it’s important to remember that you are already healed. What is being healed or cleared is the conditioning, programming, and/ or trauma that has accumulated in your body over time that is blocking you from experiencing your wholeness and divinity now. I am not “healing” you. You are healing yourself, by bringing awareness, recognition, and love to the places within you that are seeking it. It’s important to note this, because you are in control of this process, I am simply a guide and facilitator. You are not giving your power over to me, you are stepping into your power and accessing your own healing gifts.

It has been challenging for me to put into words how much working with Meg has truly changed me because it feels too great or too magical to put on paper. The feeling I get when talking to Meg is being held in this tremendous space of healing, support and love that you are just being lifted higher toward something greater than yourself.
